Thanks to further donations by Anna-Greta and Holger Crafoord and to an appreciation in the value of the original donation, by December 31st, 2019 the foundation’s capital had risen to SEK 3 800 million (market value). The Crafoord Foundation invites applications for grants primarily for 1-year scientific research projects. Some of the funds that the Foundation has at its disposal may be awarded for more long-term grants, 2-4 years, and a larger grant.
